I am ADAS Test & Validation Director at VinFast Automotive, leading T&V team to define and execute vehicle and ADAS systems validation strategies across the product development lifecycle.
I lead end-to-end ADAS validation covering requirements verification, scenario definition, simulation-based testing and targeted vehicle testing. Simulations is used as a primary tool to expand coverage early, optimize test selection, and ensure correlation with physical results.
In addition, I am responsible for ADAS data management pipelines, including vehicle data collection, post-processing, synchronization, annotation, labeling, quality checks, and dataset readiness for validation and development.
A core focus of my role is building process-driven AI validation frameworks. These frameworks embed AI into validation workflows rather than using standalone tools—structuring scenario generation, test prioritization, execution planning, data evaluation, and KPI-based reporting across simulation and vehicle levels.
I drive the industrialization of these frameworks for internal teams, enabling scalable validation, reduced cycle time, and consistent engineering quality while maintaining safety and compliance.
