With over a decade of cross-sector experience in environmental protection and sustainable development, I currently serve as Sustainability Manager at ZF Group, leading the strategic implementation of the ZF 2040 Sustainability Strategy across diverse product lines and advanced mobility technologies. My role sits at the nexus of strategy, engineering, and innovation, focusing on embedding sustainability into all business areas, from product development to supply chain integration and cross-functional decision-making. Implementing key initiatives with a strong focus on carbon footprint reduction across materials, processes, and technologies. Integration of ESG and OEM sustainability requirements into products lifecycle planning and operational execution, ensuring alignment with both regulatory frameworks and customer strategies.
My previous roles include:
Certified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for water technology systems and conducted comprehensive Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for various engineering systems, integrating environmental performance into design and sourcing decisions;
Full-scale Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for infrastructure and energy projects, including wind farms and high-risk Seveso-classified industrial facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and protecting ecosystems;
Technical deliverables for EU-funded projects in occupational health and safety practices and legal OSH Frameworks, Industrial Emissions Control, and environmental governance, contributing to improved institutional capacity and cross-border sustainability frameworks.
My core motivation is to transform sustainability from a compliance-driven function into a business-critical value driver. I bring a systems-level perspective, enabling real-world innovation that aligns environmental ambition with commercial and technological success.
